Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

    VERY DURABLE

    I got 2 of these bags for my children when they started school 2 years ago. Both bags are still in excellent condition. I have machine washed them, scrubbed them with a scrubbing brush, they have been their traveling bags as well and I must say they have held up very well!! I will only be buying my babies new bags this year because they want a different design. The old bags however are in such good condition still that they will be donated. I wish they had smaller bags for my baby who is starting school this year.

    Can’t thank Simple Modern enough!

    I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my daughter, so I contacted customer service for an exchange. Not only were they quick with their response but they made it super easy to handle the exchange. I placed an order for the new size yesterday (6/23) and received an email that it’s out for delivery today (6/24)! Can’t express how above and beyond Simple modern goes for their customers.
