Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email [email protected] for assistance.

Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Simple Modern takes product safety, quality and regulatory compliance very seriously, and we make sure our products meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulations.

Our products’ accessible components are made without BPA, regulated phthalates, lead or cadmium.     ALMOST PERFECT

    I have 3 of your cups and love them all...almost. This one misses the mark with the clear flip lid. I use it for coffee and the clear plastic lid lets the steam and heat escape which in turn lets the coffee cool off too soon. I actually took the solid lid off of another of your cup (not the same color) and am using it on this smaller one.
